During transition the removal of ALL female reproductive organs womb//uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes is for the best as this then means that EVERY chance of getting cancer i:e cervical, ovarian, uterine cancer is removed!. Chest surgery also means that the chance of getting breast cancer is taken away. As we do not have a prostate like a cis male FTM‘s will not get prostate cancer either.
